About us
Between Trondheimfjord, sun and wide views
Bjørkhaugen is a small but very versatile family farm with over 50 years of biodynamic farming experience.
The farm sits high, open and south-facing - with year-round sun - on the north side of the Trondheimfjord and offers a wide panoramic view all the way to the mountain ranges in the east, south and west and the fjord landscape below us.

Fence work, landscape maintenance and pasture rotation.
Garden and harvest
Preparing beds, compost care, planting, weeding and harvesting.
Wood and forestry work
Felling and processing firewood and construction timber.
Practical stay
Application
The following points should be fulfilled for the application:
- Genuine interest in biodynamic or ecological agriculture
- Short CV and motivation letter
- Desired period must be specified
- Optimal stay: 3 months or longer
- Short conversation with the farm owner
